Cancelled for 2020 – Covid
It started simply enough. I needed a day to test out lighting and take pictures.
Then, people wanted a day to come see things without the chaos that can be Halloween night, so we made it into a little preview party…
In 2010, I had this silly idea to carve pumpkins during the party, what better way to make a display for the neighborhood than to get the neighborhood involved in creating it? It’s become a staple ever since.
Come join us Oct 30th for the 10th annual Unorthodox Halloween Harvest Party. Pumpkin carving and dinner begin at 5:30 PM. Lighting and walkthrough will begin at dusk.
Child safe knives allow the kids to create their own pumpkins to come back and find on Halloween night.
Everyone is invited. Come as you are and have some fun.

what a GREAT idea ! Having fun on Halloween is one of the things I miss since moving from a neighborhood to a cabin in the woods.
